CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel your registration you will receive a full refund minus $100 deposit/administrative fee. Any participants that cancel within two weeks prior to camp have a choice of 50% refund or a voucher for our 2013 camp.

ARRIVAL ON FIRST DAY OF CAMP

Check-in at Cassell Coliseum: 12:00 PM-2:00 PM
First camp meeting: 2:30 PM
First field session: 3:00 PM

DEPARTURE ON LAST DAY OF CAMP

Last field session/games: 9:00-10:45 AM
Closing ceremonies: 10:45-11:00 AM (at turf practice field)
Check-out at dormitory: 11:00-noon

AIRPORT PICK-UP

Players requiring an airport pick up from the Roanoke Airport must contact us at least 2 weeks prior to camp. A cost of $20/way and a faxed airline itinerary is required. Phone: 540-231-0783  Fax: 540-231-3613

CAMP STORE

Our Camp Store will offer a variety of snacks, drinks and an option for campers to place pizza orders.

CAMP T-SHIRT AND EVALUATION

All players will receive a Collegiate Soccer Experience T-shirt when attending any camp session. Following the completion of our overnight/commuter camps all participants will receive an evaluation of their play over the duration of the camp.

COLLEGE RECRUITING SEMINAR

Our College Recruiting Seminars provides an opportunity for high school players to have all of their college questions answered. The seminar will cover topics such as the difference in college programs (Division 1, 2, 3, & NAIA), information on different conferences, NCAA rules and the stages of the recruiting process.

CAMPUS TOUR

All overnight campers will have the opportunity to tour Virginia Tech’s beautiful campus and facilities.

DORMS

All overnight campers will be staying in fully Air Conditioned dorms located on Virginia Tech's Campus.  Campers will also have access to laundry facilities conveniently located in the basement of the dorms. Please make sure to bring soap for this service!

ROOM KEY AND DEPOSIT

Each camper participating in the overnight camp will receive a room key with lanyard giving access into his dorm.  A $50 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED DURING CHECK IN (cash or check) which will be returned after the key is turned back in at check-out.

MEALS

All players will have three meals a day at our awarding winning dinning halls. "Restaurants & Institutions" magazine recently named Student Programs' Housing and Dining a winner of the Ivy Award, which honors the best food service operations and restaurants in the industry.

 

LINEN OPTION

All overnight campers have the option to rent linens for a $10.00 fee. Linens include sheets, pillow case, towels, washcloth and small blanket. You will still need to bring a pillow and heavier blanket (if needed). Rental option is available during registration.

NOTE: In case of lost luggage, campers that are traveling by airplane should pack a carry on bag containing at least all necessary medications, toiletry items, money, soccer shoes, soccer ball, shin guards, shorts, t-shirts and any other essential items.

LOST/STOLEN ITEM

Collegiate Soccer Camp is not responsible for camper’s personal items that are lost or stolen.  It is highly recommended that each camper lock his room when he leaves.  It is also the responsibility of the camper to keep track of his soccer ball.
